THE CHALLENGE

Client X is a food and beverage brand that was getting ready to launch its site and product in multiple international markets. The client had a small budget to support brand awareness and we had to determine where the client would get the highest ROI based on their goals.

THE STRATEGY

We performed two key deliverables - a search landscape analysis, and a competitive analysis to understand if any pieces of content had MSV in the regional markets Arlene’s customers were in. 

Nectr decided to focus on the long-tail keywords with lower competition so we had a higher probability of ranking in the top 10. 

We also recommended putting a portion of the budget to backlinking to increase domain authority and referring domains to the key pages.


THE EXECUTION

Nectr provided the client 4-6 content briefs per month that were optimized for SEO to create and launch on-site. We also provided copy feedback to ensure it was properly optimized. 

We also built 10 backlinks per month to increase Arlene World’s domain authority and improve upon organic sessions and ranking keywords. 

Finally, we leveraged our UX chops to audit the new site for improvements to the user experience.

THE RESULTS

We helped get this start-up’s site up and running. Within 7 months we had seen amazing results.

  • 633% increase in domain authority, from a DA of 3 to a DA of 22

  • 1,500% increase in organic sessions, from 0 sessions per month over 1,500 organic sessions per month

  • 1,000% increase in page 1 keyword rankings from 0 to 110
